Hi,
I just went there and found plenty. Go to google.com - click image search link - then click "advanced search" - here you can specify only large images, then type Bach.

I found a large image portrait on the second page of listings. Not a great portrait, but I'm sure there are more as you search through the listings. You also might try keyword "jsbach" if there's too many under just "bach" - Let me know if this works ok for you.
